Dropping a course or withdrawing from school according to college policies may or may not result in a refund of tuition and fees. See Policy 5.12, Part 1, Subparts C and D for complete information on applicable refunds.

Refunds will be issued within fifteen calendar days of the official withdrawal from a course. If the original payment was made by cash or check, refunds are sent according to your refund preference when you selected your BankMobile Disbursements refund selection. If the original payment was made by credit card, a credit card refund will be processed and a credit card receipt will be mailed to the student.

Refunds for personal payments will be applied to charges first and will then be sent to the student for any remaining credit balance. We are not able to send personal payment refunds to parents or others who may have paid tuition for an LSC student.

Please note: Parents, spouses, relatives, and friends cannot receive student account information or be permitted to register or drop courses for students without the signed, written permission of the student.
