LSC charges the same rate regardless of a student’s state of residence. Non-Minnesota residents will pay the same tuition rates as Minnesota residents.

The Reciprocity Program provides tuition reciprocity for students who are residents of neighboring states and provinces that have reciprocity agreements with the State of Minnesota. By completing the Reciprocity Program Application, Lake Superior College can accurately record your reciprocity status. You will still pay the same tuition rate as Minnesota Residents. Admission requirements are identical to those for Minnesota residents.
