Tuition Reciprocity

LSC charges the same rate regardless of a student’s state of residence. Non-Minnesota residents will pay the same tuition rates as Minnesota residents.

The Reciprocity Program provides tuition reciprocity for students who are residents of neighboring states and provinces that have reciprocity agreements with the State of Minnesota. By completing the Reciprocity Program Application, Lake Superior College can accurately record your reciprocity status. You will still pay the same tuition rate as Minnesota Residents. Admission requirements are identical to those for Minnesota residents.

Wisconsin and North Dakota residents need to file for reciprocity online using the following links:

• Wisconsin
• North Dakota
• South Dakota – South Dakota residents do not need to file an actual reciprocity form.
• Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, and Nebraska – – Residents of these states don’t need to file a reciprocity form. Designate your Midwest Student Exchange Program (M.S.E.P.) status on your application for admission to Lake Superior College.
