We are just minutes from campus and offer free shuttle buses to and from Lake Superior College.

Cost: Unfurnished – $529, Furnished – $559 – Costs are per person per month for a 10-month lease for 2019-2020.

Boulder Ridge Luxury Apartment Homes

Boulder Ridge Luxury Apartments and Townhomes offers affordable living in Duluth, Minnesota. BlueStone Lofts

BlueStone Lofts has everything you need to transition from a busy day to relaxing and studying in style. University of Wisconsin-Superior

University of Wisconsin-Superior, our neighbor across the bridge, has student housing open to LSC students.  Each room is furnished with: Twin-size bed, dresser and mirrored closets, desk and desk chair, bookcase, carpet and window blinds, connections for phone, Internet, smoke detector & recycling bins, lofts available to bunk your bed.

Lease terms and costs:

• Students living in UWS Residence Halls set up housing and payment plan directly with the UWS Residence Life Office
• Students living in residence halls must purchase a meal plan each semester
