Kat Ramsland Memorial Art Scholarship
Kat Ramsland was a beloved art instructor, touching the lives of hundreds of students. She taught digital photography, art history, art appreciation, and ceramics among others over her 14 years at Lake Superior College. Her tragic death has prompted friends and family to create the Kat Ramsland Memorial Art Scholarship.
This scholarship will be awarded to a Lake Superior College student taking art classes. Students will apply in the near future online during either the April or October application window.
This memorial scholarship will join other similar scholarships stewarded by the Lake Superior College Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations are being accepted online, by mail or in person. The LSC Foundation office is located on the second floor of the S Building in the Administration suite. The mailing address is 2101 Trinity Road Duluth, MN 55811. Checks should be made out to the Lake Superior College Foundation. Please use the memo line of the check to state: Kat Ramsland Scholarship. Online donors can include this same memo in the space provided.
