This extra layer of protection ensures you can still access your account if your primary method isn’t available.
We strongly recommend adding a second Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) option to keep your account secure and ensure you are always prepared.

  1. Go to aka.ms/mfasetup
  2. Sign in with your Office 365 username
  3. Click on Add sign-in method
  4. Select method
    • Microsoft Authenticator App, Phone: Text, Phone: Call, or Alternative Phone
  5. Save your changes
