Lake Superior College hosts first ever Virtual Art Show

Lake Superior College is hosting its first ever Virtual Art Show, starting today, December 14, and running through Monday, December 28, where students enrolled in LSC’s popular art courses have an opportunity to display their work. Students have presented a variety of art, including digital graphic design, jewelry, digital photography, painting, drawing, two and three-dimensional design projects, and ceramics. Visitors are invited to go to www.lsc.edu/VirtualArtShow where they can browse more than 300 works of art submitted by nearly 200 students.

Lake Superior College typically hosts a Fall Semester Art Exhibit on main campus this time of year, which draws hundreds of guests and includes an opening reception. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions and to ensure the safety of students, faculty, staff and guests, Lake Superior College’s art faculty and marketing team have collaborated to present the student work online.
