Equity & Inclusion Summit-- The Power of Being Seen: Belonging in Every Experience. Presented by the Duluth Chamber and LSC, the event will explore how visibility, listening, and intentional connection create inclusive workplaces and communities.

Through storytelling, research, and practical tools, attendees will gain actionable strategies to foster belonging and build cultures where everyone feels seen, respected, and valued. Presenters include Carl Crawford, Chad Dull, Emily Ford and more.

*Funding is available for those interested in attending. Please contact [email protected] to register.

**Attendance is FREE for students. Registration is still required.
