All Ears Listening Session

The members of the Campus Climate Committee want to invite you to “All Ears” campus climate conversation! 

The Campus Climate Committee is holding an informal listening session on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024 from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm in S165

Our purpose:  

Our formal committee charge is to foster a culture of mutual trust and respect at LSC—for all employees. Through the “All Ears” listening process, we want to gather feedback from you on any issues of concern you have and also hear about your points of pride.

Our process: 

We have created a handout to gather anonymous feedback from you.  

You can submit your “All Ears” handout to us in the following ways: Hand the completed form to a committee member before the meeting in person, via campus email, or anonymously via intra-campus mail.

You can fill as many sheets as you wish and hand it in any time!

We will designate some time for sharing at the end of the meeting—for those who wish to share.  

After this meeting: 

The Campus Climate Committee members will review all the feedback received to identify common themes and use the information to formulate formal recommendations to the president.
