LSC Choir’s Free Holiday Concert “Peace on Earth” with Special Guests DSSO’s “Sinfonia”

Songs of joy, peace and celebration to honor the holiday season will be featured at the free Lake Superior College choir concert on Monday, Dec. 12, at 7:30 p.m. in the college’s Atrium. Free parking is available on campus.

The LSC Concert Choir will perform under the direction of Patricia Dorn with accompanist Karen Sande. The musical program includes “Go Where I Send Thee,” “Carol of the Bells,” “Feliz Navidad,” “Prayer of the Children,” “Al Shlosha D’Varim,” “Do You Hear What I Hear?,” “Lord of the Dance,” “Somewhere in my Memory,” “God Bless America,” and an audience sing-along of favorite traditional carols.

Featured guest artists include the “Sinfonia” of the Duluth-Superior Symphony Orchestra (DSSO) Youth Orchestras under the direction of Laura Kimmes with percussionist Dr. Jeremy Craycraft.
