Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
The third Monday of January honors and celebrates the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. As a civil rights leader who preached peaceful protest and racial justice, this day has traditionally been regarded as a “Day On, Not a Day Off.”
