About Sam
What do you do at LSC and how do you support students/community?
I am a tutor and advisor for the PTA Military Bridge Program, providing part time hours for students and graduates. I train the students to be test wise, as they approach their 4-hour national boards exam. The faculty are supported by my input as well, as I work on special projects for the program and students.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Helping students and faculty to grow, to become motivated and use new ideas that I suggest.

Sports, like hiking, biking, pickleball, golf, and bike riding on the trail near Cincy, OH.
Music-have sung in over 30 choirs or ensembles over many years, as well as at church.
Hanging out with our grandkids.

Sam Coppoletti is a seasoned PTA educator, having taught for over 34 years in the PT field.
For ten years he served as an Assistant Professor, the Program Coordinator, Clinical Coordinator, and Educator for the University of Cincinnati Clermont College.
He served as a board member for 4 years for the PT section of the OTPTAT Licensure Board in Ohio. He most recently served as a member of the OPTA Ethics Committee for 3 years.
He directed the Hocking College P.T.A. Program in Nelsonville, Ohio from 2021 to 2023.
He served as a consultant to NPTE Final Frontier. He is a member of an international team of professors teaching online for the Cameroon, Africa in their first ever B.S. in PT Program. He teaches Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, along with Neurological Rehabilitation.
In the Summer of 2025, he worked as an adjunct instructor teaching Introduction to Neuroanatomy for the Stark State College P.T.A. Program in NE Ohio.
He currently advises and teaches part-time for the Lake Superior College in the PTA Military Bridge Program.
