About David
I have been at Lake Superior College since January 2023 and I oversee the Marketing, Recruiting, Government Relations, Media Relations, and Foundation. Prior to LSC, I was the executive director of the Friends of Saint Paul College Foundation for five years.
I have worked for four other nonprofit organizations in various fundraising and communications capacities.
I started my career at Target Corporation where I worked in Accounting and Community Relations for over eight years.
I am working on my Ed.D. degree at Winona State University. I have a master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in Business Communications and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in Finance.
I started my higher education journey with an associate’s degree from North Hennepin Community College.
I enjoy hiking on the Superior Hiking Trail, camping in the Boundary Waters, visiting National and State Parks, and spending time with my family including three granddaughters.
