According to our resident expert gardener/biology faculty member Theresa Hornstein, it’s time for the LSC annual plant sale. New plants this year will be a  tall native cone flower, wild roses, and a collection of rain garden perennials – calamus root, blue flag, ferns, and marsh marigolds. Plants will be available for sale May 10 to 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. by the east entrance, main campus.  For the past 24 years, the plant sale has provided unique varieties of plants with the money raised going to scholarships for LSC students.
