Start here and complete your bachelor’s degree anywhere. Every year, students complete programs at Lake Superior College. Those degrees transfer to private and public institutions all across Minnesota and the country. As a regionally accredited institution, Lake Superior College’s course credits are recognized and accepted by colleges and universities nationwide.

Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree – Designed to transfer into most liberal arts four-year majors; however, some baccalaureate majors may require specific pre-major courses as part of the degree program.

Liberal Arts and Science (A.A.)

Associate of Science (A.S.) – Two-year program designed for transfer into a specific four-year major and will likely require completing additional general education courses at a university.

Health Sciences Broad Field A.S. – Intended for students who plan to transfer to a bachelor’s program designed for careers in the medical field.

Eco-Entrepreneur A.S. – Eco-Entrepreneurship explores place-based approaches to regional sustainable business opportunities that meet the equitable needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) – Two-year program for a specific occupation. While some courses may transfer, the degree is not designed for transfer.

Minnesota State Transfer Pathways are programs designed for you to complete an associate degree at Lake Superior College and transfer to a Minnesota State university to earn a bachelor’s degree without losing credits or having to take extra courses.
