History
An Office of Civil Rights audit in 2023 noted that Board Policy 1B.1 had updated language regarding protected classes that was not reflected in the LSC Policy 1B.1 version. After review and consideration, it was determined that the Minnesota State Board Policy 1B.1 was sufficient, and the LSC policy should point to the Minnesota State Board Policy.
