Part 1: Principles
Lake Superior College’s (LSC) administrative structure is organized to accomplish the mission, vision, and values of the institution. The college’s administrative structure may occasionally change to adapt to changing conditions, to serve the best interests of students, employees, the community, and for optimal operation of the college.
Part 2: Administration
Subpart A:
The president is charged with providing overall leadership to the college.
Subpart B: President’s Cabinet
The President’s Cabinet (PC) advises the president and has a critical role in the planning and decision-making process. The PC consists of the following:
- President
- Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs
- Vice President of Finance and Administration
- Vice President of Advancement and External Relations
- Associate Vice President of Student Affairs
- Associate Vice President of Human Resources
- Chief Information Officer
Subpart C: Campus Leadership Team
The Campus Leadership Team (CLT) is a consultative body that shares information, discusses issues, seeks consensus, and provides recommendations to the President’s Cabinet. The CLT is composed of all employees in a supervisory role that are classified as MAPE, MMA or Administrator and includes the Executive Diversity Officer.
