Job: Student Technology Help Desk

Hours per Week: 10 – 20 hours per week

Work Schedule: Flexible; Monday – Friday 8 am – 7 pm

Job Location: The Technology Help Desk is a technology help center to assist students with all of their academic computer needs.  We assist students with their login information, online classes (D2L e-Campus), email, printing, and scanning.  We are temporary located in located in M145.

Description: Assist students with their LSC accounts in person, on the phone, or via email.  Assist with LSC Email, D2L e-Campus, software, scanning, and printers. Maintain lab – clean computers, maintain printers, straighten chairs, etc.  Collaboratively work with IT Division on other inventory, maintenance, and cleaning projects.  Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements: Good Customer Service and Communication Skills, Dependable, Basic Computer Knowledge.
