Student Services – Receptionist

Hours per Week:  10 – 20

Work Schedule: 8:00am - 12:30pm M-F

Job Location:  Student Services

Description:  This position is located at the Reception Desk at Student Services.  In this position, you will be a point of contact for students, faculty, staff and administrators.  You will be responsible for posting daily class cancellations and serving as a back-up for front desk staff.  Other duties from Academic and Student Services Staff may also be assigned.

Requirements:  Must meet the LSC student employment requirements.  Basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn new skills.  Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.  Dependability, a positive attitude and the ability to work with diverse student populations.
