General Maintenance Assistant
LSC Student Positions: All applicants must be enrolled at least part-time and have a financial aid award letter on-file (award letter not required for PSEO and most International students). Student Employment Policy.
Hours per Week: 20

Work Schedule: Between the hours of 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Job Location: LSC Main Campus

Responsibilities/Description: Provide a variety of work to the maintenance department. Duties to include but not limited to are snow removal and salting, ladder checks, check / fill dispensers as needed, daily restroom stocking as needed, assist with various cleaning jobs, and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Must meet the LSC student employment requirements, including maintaining a cumulative 2.0 GPA or higher. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be dependable, arrive on time and ready for work, hardworking and have a willingness to learn new skills. Work in inclement weather conditions when necessary. Perform physical tasks. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Perform semi-skilled jobs in a variety of tasks.
