Call Center Associate
LSC Student Positions: All applicants must be enrolled at least part-time and have a financial aid award letter on-file (award letter not required for PSEO and most International students). Student Employment Policy.
Hours per Week:  10-15

Work Schedule: Varies between mornings and afternoons

Job Location:  Student Services

Description:  These positions are located within Student Services.  In this position, you will contact new and returning students via phone to complete action items such as submitting transcripts, completing orientation, and setting up payment arrangements.

Requirements:  Must meet the LSC student employment requirements.  Basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn new skills.  Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.  Dependability, a positive attitude and the ability to work with diverse student populations.
