Massage Therapy Program – C175 – Massage Faculty
The LSC Massage Therapy Program is offering complimentary chair massage during our open house time. We are a one-year program with no prerequisites, and we look forward to answering all your questions about our classic day program, as well as the night cohort of the program, which is currently accepting new students to start in January.

Medical Laboratory Technician & Phlebotomy Programs – H360 – Students
Explore career laddering options in the laboratory. We offer two certificate programs, our 9-credit phlebotomy certificate and our new MLA program which is 24 credits. We also offer an associate degree MLT program. Come explore what we do in the lab. Learn to draw blood using a fake arm, perform blood typing, and ask our students questions while they perform complex tests such as analyzing blood cells for leukemia or parasites.

Radiologic Technology Program – C275 – Danielle Vinje
What does a Radiologic Technologist do? Do you like photography? Come to the X-Ray lab to image a phantom composed of real human bones! An instructor will be there to help you through the process.

Respiratory Therapy Program – H330 – Respiratory Faculty
Mechanical Ventilation, Airway Management, and Airway Clearance Demonstration

Physical Therapist Assistant Program – C170 – Jane Worley
Open Lab – Instructors and students will demonstrate skills a physical therapist assistant uses on a daily basis.

Surgical Technology – H333 – Kathleen Terwey
Laparoscopy Demo, Surgical instruments & supplies introduction

Nursing RN / LPN Programs – H342 – AS and Practical Nursing Faculty
Explore the role of the nurse in a simulated wound care experience. This will be a hands-on experience applying sterile gloves and providing a surgical dressing change and wound irrigation. Come with your questions regarding any of our three nursing programs: practical nursing, LPN to RN, and traditional RN program.

Dental Hygiene Program – C145 – Kjersta Watt
(Dental Simulation Lab) Clinic closed for tours until 5pm due to HIPAA and patients
Instructor will demonstrate patient/operator positioning, lighting, and use of dental hygiene instruments. Models of teeth, restorations, and x-rays will be available for viewing.
