How to have a transcript sent to LSC?

Submit high school transcripts

You may need to submit a high school transcript (courses, grades, and graduation date). Ask your high school to email transcripts to admissions@lsc.edu or fax to 218-733-5945.

Current high school students
Send us your in-progress transcript. Once you graduate, ask your high school to send us your final, completed transcript with graduation date. If we don’t receive it, you’ll be prevented from registering for your second semester of classes.

Graduated over 5 years ago? You don’t need to submit a high school or home-school transcript.

Submit college transcripts

Submit official transcripts from any colleges you attended in the past. Our transfer services provides information about which credits will transfer to LSC. To submit a transcript, contact the college and request your official transcript to be sent to LSC.

Official transcripts can be delivered to LSC

  • Secure / paperless: admissions@lsc.edu
  • By mail: Lake Superior College
    2101 Trinity Road
    Duluth, MN 55811
  • In person: Bring in sealed envelope from the institution attended. Do NOT open the envelope.

All transcripts must be official. Please allow process time (2 weeks or more) to take place.

Minnesota State College & Universities (MnSCU) transcripts If you have attended another college or university (excluding the University of MN) within the Minnesota State College system, you may not need to order a transcript. LSC may able to electronically download your transcript after you apply.

Current LSC students who’ve taken or completed coursework at MnSCU institutions since applying to LSC need to make LSC aware if transcripts need to be updated. Please contact the Registrar’s Office at 218-733-8765 with this information.
