Step 1 When to Apply – Military

  • Apply early!

    You can apply up to a year in advance. There are many things to do to prepare for college life. Some of them take longer than others. For the smoothest transition, we recommend that you apply for veteran benefits early to allow time for the processing of:

    • Form DD-214
    • Transcripts – High school, college/university, Joint Services Transcript (JST), Community College of the Air Force
    • Military benefits – Certification for educational benefits
    • Financial aid application

    If you’ve been an LSC student in the last 2 years-you don’t need to reapply.

  • Application Deadlines

    • Summer Session: Friday, May 31, 2024
    • Fall Semester: Friday, August 23, 2024

Applying the week of the application deadline?
The online application is not available one week before the application deadline. Please apply in person on campus.
