• MSEP State Tuition: $193.50 per credit
• Online Course Tuition: $164.40 per credit  

Program Surcharge

Because of higher program costs, students taking technical courses associated with the following programs will be charged a per credit surcharge in addition to tuition:

• Student Activity Fee: $6.50 per credit 
• Technology Fee: $10.00 per credit
• State Student Association Fee: 31¢ per credit
• Parking Fee: $4.00 per credit + sales tax (Not charged on internet courses)
• Personal Property Fee: As applicable
• Test Out/Credit by Exam Fee: 50% of tuition
