Qualifying Services

You qualify for services if you meet the eligibility requirements (academic and/or technical standards) for admission to an educational program AND:

Have a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities (walking, breathing, seeing, hearing, sleeping, learning), and
Have a record of such an impairment, or
Are regarded as having such an impairment
