outlines of lectures given during the regular "on ground" course. They
cover the main topics covered during classes. The details are
filled in during classes.
Supplementary Materials
The files below are taken from the textbook I
published. All LSC students may use these in any way except for
republishing and selling. Others may use these materials but may not
republish and sell or redistribute to entire classes of students for
