Request a Library Barcode Online

  • This service is intended for online students, PSEO and concurrently enrolled high school students only.
  • If you have classes on campus, come to the Circulation Desk in the library and have your library barcode put on the back of your LSC ID card.

In order to check out materials, submit Interlibrary loan requests, access databases, renew materials and many other library services, you must have a library account. Fill out the form completely and then "submit." You will receive your account (barcode) number via email. Please make certain that your email address and mailing address are accurate.
