Minnesota Office of Higher Education 

The Minnesota Office of Education  administers state financial aid and federal programs that affect students on a statewide basis.  It negotiates reciprocity agreements and collects data on enrollments and financial aid.  Information is also provided to students and parents on academic and financial preparation for postsecondary education.

The Minnesota Higher Education Services Office provides a financial aid estimator to help you determine if you will be eligible for federal or state grant funding.
